- An overview of the most significant key and future technologies in the field of sustainable technology and a competence map of the core competences available in the project field.
- International benchmarking in the field of research and a study of cooperation potential and synergy opportunities within the regions involved.
- A regional technology roadmap (bottom-up, starting with the competence available in the regions).
- The »Network of Excellence« - the networking of scientific institutes and companies with the associated online community.
- Implementation of a pilot project for each project partner.
