We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Logistic Manager for our office in Klagenfurt, Austria. Our company values new perspectives and experiences, and we look for individuals who are able to apply their own real-life lessons and experiences in new and evolving situations. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Holding a bridge between customers and LSPs 
• Customer relationship management 
• Supporting and coordinating the work of transport operators 
• Supporting shipment organizations 
• Risk sensing & management 
• Irregularity sensing and report 
• KPI management 
• Manage claim handling and insurance processes 
• Continuous plans, forecasts and controls of freight costs 
• Close cooperation with other departments 
   

Qualifications:

• University Graduated (Logistics related major preferable) (preferred) 
• At least 2 years of experience in global freight forwarding company 
• Professional English both written and spoken 
• German both written and spoken (preferred) 
• Italian Spoken and Written (preferred) 
• Customer focused ability 
• IT knowledge & Team-work 
• Experience ERP based systems (preferred) 
• Job experience in related fields of logistics
