Vision & mission statement

Founded in 1890 by precision mechanics Weber and Hampel the family Malata took over the company in 1958. Innovative product- and service-solutions, strong focus on r&d, vision and social responsibility yield both local and global success for W&H. The family company  runs two production plants in Buermoos (Salzburg, Austria) and in Brusaporto (Bergamo, Italy) as well as 18 subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and North America.
