We would trust you with below responsibilities 

• Support project presales and early involvement activities, with the delivery of a project implementation plan (PIP) and checking the delivery requirements of the tender 
• Initiate the customer project internally (Project Initiation Board), ensuring that all delivery units are preparing accordingly 
• Kick off the project externally with the customer, communicating and agreeing the project governance 
• Engage with the different Delivery Units (SI, Care, Custom solutions), R&D (Product Releases) and QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure the scope of the project (SoW) is completely covered by defined Work Packages that are assigned internally to the different delivery units 
• Ensure the scope of the project (SoW) is maintained via Change Request Management in case of new requirements and it is always mapped to internal Work Packages 
• Project planning (Schedule) of all deliverables of the project, and agreement with the customer of any change 
• Support QA in the Quality Management Plan, and align a proper Test Plan within the project schedule (and with customer) 
• Revenue recognition planning (milestone plan) and invoicing within the project 
• Agree with line management on the project objectives in terms of Cost/Revenue and Schedule Adherence. Objective to maximise the Earned Value Management

WHO we are looking for 

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management role in commercial IT projects, especially in platform implementation (telco preferred) and Systems Integration 
• Ability to make a team out of the group of people, feels comfortable in moderator role 
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban is desirable 
• Excellent communication, presentation and conflict management skills 
• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner 
• Deep interest in Agile methods and practices  
• High level of responsibility and empathy 
• Fluent written/spoken Englisn

It would be great if you also have 

• PMP, Prince2 or other equivalent Project Management accreditation 
• Scrum Master, Agile certificates

How does the recruitment process look like 
1. Video Call with our Talent Acquisition & Development Manager  (15-30 min)  
Joanna will call you to talk about your experience, skills and your expectations. 
2. Skill Assessment via video call  (60 min)  
During that phase our hiring manager will check your skills, tools knowledge and your way of 
understanding and communicating complex issues.  
3. In case of hiring: Offer Call   (15 min)  
You will talk to Joanna or the hiring manager again, who will share with you the cooperation conditions 
and present the tailor-made offer.
