Rental Bikes
For our tenants and employees we are offering rental city bikes, for example for a short trip to the Wörthersee. The bicycles are for free on the first day, afterwards there are2 € rental rate per day.
You can borrwo a bike during office hours (Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Friday 8.00 a.m. to 2 p.m.) - you will be asked for identification.

Flagpoles
There are 32 flagpoles at the entrance to the park.  You have the opportunity to hang your company flag on one of the unused flagpoles for free.
Lakeside Park reserves the right to temporarily remove company flags in case the flagpole is needed for an event (for the duration of the event). 
The flags must coordinate with the size and appearance of the Lakeside flag, details of which you can obtain from our Marketing Management.

Community
Our website has an area that is only accessible by our tenants and registered users. The Community is far more just than an information platform for general issues. It is a platform for the exchange of opinions, knowledge, ideas and services. It serves as a co-operation between the various companies in the Park.

A registered member of the Community can create his/her own topics and open them for discussion or he/she can post replies to existing topics.  The topics range from a targeted search for project partners or a search for specialized services to posting an offering of a used lawnmower looking for a new home.
