Seminars and Conferences

Lakeside Park offers flexible, climate controlled rooms of various sizes from 20 m2 to 105 m2with high-quality technical equipment. The rooms are located at ground level, offer good daylight quality, and can be rented for up to 90 people.

Prices

The prices listed below are without the legally required value added tax and include the basic equipment. The rooms can be rented from Monday to Friday, full day (up to 10 hours) or half day (up to 5 hours). Weekend events on appointment.

Price includes:

• Chairs in the demo room and seminar room as needed (concert, training, seminar and U-shaped)
• Standard lighting and electricity
• Cleaning (except for extreme soiling)
• Short introductory training course
  (in the operation of the various functions of the equipment)

Parking for events

For your event parking space is provided at charge in the south of the park area. We offer you low price tickets.

In order to ensure a smooth and undisturbed event, please avoid blocking the parking places (marked) of other Lakeside tenants and the area between the buildings.

Equipment

All seminar rooms have the following basic equipment:

• Modern climate control through concrete core activation and central ventilation
• Data projector
• Overhead projector
• Flipchart, pin wall, white board
• Dimming lighting

Optional Equipment

In addition to the basic equipment you can rent a laptop, playback equipment for video, CD, DVD or television.

Personel

If you need help with set-up or take-down, we would be pleased to organize trained personnel. Please let us know early enough advance of your need so that we can agree on the appropriate time in order to ensure everything goes as planned.
