Other Costs
Lease Agreement Preparation Fee
The tenant bears the cost of the preparation of the lease agreement and all costs associated with its execution | implementation including all charges, taxes, and fees, in particular all legal fees, according to the Austrian Fee Act.
We charge the tenant a flat-rate of:
Rented floor space up to 200 m² | € 200,00 |
Rented floor space up to 500 m² | € 300,00 |
Rented floor space from 500 m² | € 500,00 |
Operational Facilities Permit
Lakeside Park has a general operating permit. If an individual permit is required for particular plant and equipment, the tenant must obtain such approval itself. The tenant is responsible for any costs associated therewith.
Incidental Costs and Public Charges
The tenant is proportionally responsible for all management costs, operating costs and running public charges. Currently a payment on account of € 2.90 | m2 is charged.
Tenant-improved Premises
The unrented areas in our Park consist of open and unbuilt floor space which can be subdivided in accordance with the needs of our tenants. Once a tenant has chosen the building section, we take care of the exterior partition walls of the leased area. The tenant can individually plan and commission the interior construction (at his expense) In so doing, tenants have the possibility to utilize the services of Lakeside Park’s planners and construction companies at our terms and conditions. Irrespective of which method is chosen by the tenant, we request that the activities are coordinated/approved by the civil engineering company we have appointed for project management.
